2Account & Registration

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC verification.
• Contact support to make any changes to your account information.
• Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a mix of letters and numbers.

3Age Verification

Jayabaji 11 strictly prohibits registration by anyone under 18 years of age. You must provide your date of birth at registration and may be required to submit a government-issued ID to verify your age.

If an account holder is found to be under 18, the account will be immediately closed and all transactions will be voided. No bonuses or winnings will be paid out.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on Jayabaji 11 must be made through an account registered in your own name. Payments sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be refunded.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 BDT.
• Withdrawals will always be processed through the same method used for the deposit.

• There may be a limit on the number of bets placed on the same event from a single account.
• Bets placed at previous odds are not accepted after odds have changed.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jayabaji 11 platform. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and full forfeiture of the account balance.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Involvement in match fixing or result manipulation.
• Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds.

• Unauthorized access to another user's account.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Jayabaji 11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any reason. Accounts may be suspended in particular for violations of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, or failure to complete the verification process.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting account closure.

• The balance of a suspended account is preserved but cannot be accessed or used.
• If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, your balance may be forfeited.
• If you close your account yourself, your remaining balance will be refunded.

9Limitation of Liability
